A place to keep living.
A private living community in Choeng Mon, Koh Samui, with beautiful homes, gardens, good food, company when you want it, and support when you need it.
Designed around life, not age.
Arun is for people who want independence without isolation, privacy without loneliness, and support without giving up the ordinary pleasures that make a place feel like home.
Good food. A garden to walk through. People to meet when you feel like it. Your own front door. Family who feel welcome. Help when you need it.
Four things we build everything around
Your own place
A private home base, designed around comfort, accessibility, natural light and indoor/outdoor living.
Life outside your door
Gardens, pool, dining, movement, activities, conversation and quiet places to simply be.
Together, by choice
Join breakfast. Take a walk. Read alone. Invite family. Skip the activity. Community is available, never compulsory.
Support when needed
Practical help and additional care can be added according to individual needs and what can safely be provided.

Your own space. Your own rhythm.
Private ground-floor suites of approximately 36 m², built from calm natural materials: plaster, timber, stone and linen.
A comfortable place to sit and to sleep. An accessible bathroom. Good light. A door that opens onto the garden. Housekeeping and laundry are part of the base residence, so the practical side of the day looks after itself.
Together, by choice.
Arun is designed to create reasons for people to encounter one another, shared meals, morning walks, books, talks, gardening, movement, coffee, games, excursions, visiting family, and quiet corners where nobody will interrupt you.
Nothing here is manufactured socialising. You decide what your week looks like.
Participation is optional. Belonging is not compulsory programming.
Life at Arun
Food worth looking forward to.
Meals should be one of the pleasures of the day, not institutional catering. Fresh ingredients, balanced everyday menus and generous but thoughtful cooking.
Half-board is included in the base residence, with a full-board option and dietary requirements accommodated. Eat at the long table or on your own terrace, no meal is compulsory.

Life first. Support when needed.
Some people will arrive at Arun completely independently. Others will want a little help already. Needs may change over time.
Arun is being designed so additional personal support and appropriately licensed care can be arranged around the resident rather than defining the whole community.

A home you can feel good about.
Choosing somewhere for someone you love is different from choosing somewhere for yourself.
You need to know not only that it looks beautiful, but that somebody is paying attention, communication is clear, help can be organised and your parent or partner still gets to live as an adult. Families are genuinely welcome here.

Close to the sea. Part of Samui.
Choeng Mon is a real place to live: a calm bay, small restaurants, everyday shops, an established international community and the rest of the island within easy reach.
Warm mornings, outdoor living, sea air and a rhythm that makes an ordinary day pleasant.
One clear base. Add what you need.
